The assets within the trust meet Fawkner's strict acquisitions critera for assets in this sector and include both regional and metropolitan assets. The trust owns two metropolitan assets in Sydney as well as other assets in Queensland, Western Australia and the trusts largest asset is located in Soldiers Hill, Victoria.
